Metal sintered diamond drill bit is a super-hard grinding tool made by sintering diamond abrasive and metal binder copper alloy at high temperature through powder metallurgy process. It has high bonding strength and excellent wear resistance, and is suitable for processing hard and brittle materials such as cemented carbide, ceramics, glass, semiconductors, etc.
Features and Advantages
1. It is more resistant to high temperatures than resin/electroplating binders, can withstand temperatures above 800°C, and is suitable for high-speed and heavy-load processing.
2. It has strong abrasive holding power, is not easy to fall off, and has a 3-5 times longer lifespan.
Sintering process
Hot pressing sintering (HP): temperature 700-1000℃, pressure 30-50MPa, high density.
