Description
Electroplated CBN grinding pins are ideal for internal grinding applications. Available in both fine and coarse mesh sizes. can be used wet or dry, but use of coolant will extend tools life and deliver superior surface finishes.
Advantage
These pins are having CBN MOUNTED POINTS which are used for small diameter machine and high speed grinding. CBN are deposited in every possible shape. because of their superior cutting quality and shapes stability. these tools are more suitable for machining material which can not be economically ground with metal or resin bond CBN tools. Due to wide range of capability. it is also used for internal grinding of HSS tools.
